At Cats Magazine, we strive to provide you with high-quality products you’ll love! However, because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or design.

That said, we value your satisfaction and will do our best to make things right if there’s an issue with your order. Please review the policy details below:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Here’s what we’ll need:

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number and contact information

Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your replacement immediately.

Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time (please allow an additional 7 days for unexpected delays), we’ll investigate the issue and send a replacement if the item is deemed lost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all our products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered (please double-check the size chart before purchasing!)
  • Change of mind
  • Color variations due to screen differences

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, production begins, and changes cannot be made.
